become aware of your beliefs, and notice which of your beliefs work
for you, and which limit you. Insights are useful and valuable.
However, insights alone do not ensure change. Changing your beliefs in
a way that is efficient and lasting, can be a challenging quest.

offers a quick, easy and efficient way to change self-limiting beliefs
at unconscious level.
What happens in a PSYCH-K™ session
?
A
PSYCH-K™ session
lasts about an hour, in which you are either seated, or lying down on
a treatment table. Through the
PSYCH-K™
process it usually takes only a few minutes to change a limiting
belief to an empowering, positive and supportive belief in the
unconscious. The change is confirmed immediately through muscle
testing. The resulting belief change is often immediate relief from
emotions such as anxiety, sadness, frustration and more.
How many PSYCH-K™ sessions
do I need?
While a shift is often
experienced from a first session, some issues or goals have a number
of beliefs associated with them, and two or more sessions may be
required to identify and change these beliefs before total relief is
achieved.
